The plant will process up to 42 million bushels of soybeans per year from area farmers into high quality soybean oil, soybean meal and soybean hulls.
Many soybean farmers are more than 100 miles away from a processing facility. Epitome’s facility will provide a more efficient and reliable option for processing.
Epitome’s plant will strengthen the basis for soybeans by 20-25 cents per bushel by helping the region’s hard-working farmers reach new markets.
