Erin competed for 13 years on the World Cup tour, never missing a single race. Her career included 10 World Championships, throughout which she brought home 4 medals (2 gold, 2 silver), 4 Olympics, and 6 National Championship titles. Bringing home the bronze at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics marked a massive breakthrough for Americans in her sport, being the first to win a medal of any color in the singles discipline and first woman to ever win a medal in the sport.
Success on the World Cup tour followed for Erin and her teammates, as records continued to be broken and medals won throughout the last 4 years of her competitive career, ending with a total of 23 in world cup races. Erin capped off her Olympic journey with one of her most memorable experiences as flag bearer for Team USA in PyeongChang.
