Description: Empowering Women for Excellence Initiative (EWEI) is a Non-Governmental Organisation founded in April 2008. EWEI was officially registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (on the 6th of June, 2008 and has been actively working to achieve her aims and objectives.

Through our GlobalGiving project: Educate, Equip and Empower 230 Girls and Women , we aim to support the education of ten girls in public secondary schools over two years, train and mentor 120 indigent rural women (mostly widows and heads of households) and engage 100 adult females in two tertiary institutions.
