Upon starting a chat conversation with this contact, a configurable workflow drive the behavior of ExpressAgent. ExpressAgent can ask questions, supports Natural Language Understanding through 3rd parties integrations, and can transfer conversations to service desk agents when needed. ExpressAgent integrates to your ticketing system to retrieve information about users, existing tickets and so on. It can even create or update tickets if needed.
