Living in a fast and hectic world where rapid imaging is part and parcel of life, I choose to slow down and observe my sorroundings in order to meditate and appreciate the world I live in. It is only when I paint that I can truely see and appreciate my sorroundings. I hope I can my vision of the world in all its beauty. I work have exhibited my in London and several paintings are now in private collections in Italy, London, New York, Norway
In this day and age people often forget to appreciate the beauty of everything that surround us, nature and her forms, colours and moods. People with their differences in looks and characters, even the most insignificant twig or humble object will reveal to us its inner beauty. I believe the duty of the artist is to present the viewer with new visual and mental challenges.
