Description: Creation Corner is a Parents’ Day Out Program within First Baptist Church O’Fallon, IL for families with children age 3 to 5 years old. With two-day and three-day programs to choose from, Creation Corner provides a warm, loving, safe, and fun environment where preschoolers are encouraged to learn and grow to their maximum potential.
At Creation Corner, teachers guide children to learn through hands-on exploration and discovery, guided conversation, spontaneous teachable moments, and planned group times with Bible stories.
Our curriculum at Creation Corner includes music classes that focus on group participation, movement, and rhythm, along with Science and Discovery classes that teach children with hands-on learning experiences.
Individual, small group, and large group activities centered around Bible-based thoughts and concepts are presented to help the child explore their interests and foster physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional development. Creation Corner uses a Bible-based curriculum (WEE Learn, LifeWay Publishing), and teachers plan developmentally appropriate activities within each developmental domain.
