FDTimes is a sporadical bi-monthly journal. We publish six issues a year. Sometimes we publish double issues. These count as two issues in a subscription. If we do a triple issue, that would count as three.
In any case, subscriptions are counted by the year, not by the number of issues. We publish when there are interesting things to say.
