Ferrando Preparatory Centre is a Christian Co-Educational Institution run by the Missionary Sister of Mary Help of Christians, who follow the educational method of Don Bosco, the great educator of youth. This method is based on the love of God, on conviction, prevention of faults by proper supervision and friendly correction. It is a Catholic Minority Institution.
The aim of the institution is to impart sound education by cultivating in the pupils habit so piety, virtue and discipline while they pursue their studies. Hence particular attention is given to discipline and character formation by means of religious and moral instruction. The School takes care of the harmonious development of the physical and intellectual endowment of the pupils forming in the man enlightened conscience to be of strong character and a good citizen of India.
The medium of instruction is English and school follows I.C.S.E. syllabus. Hindi and Bengali are compulsory subjects.
