Thanks so much for visiting and taking a moment to look at my work! I'm Neshama Roash, the owner and photographer behind Firefly Universe.
I earned my degree from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2003, and began shooting artistic portraits when my first child was born that same year. I've been a member of the Professional Photographers of America since 2011 and have been listed as one of the "Best Newborn Photographers in St. Louis" by Expertise from 2018-2023.
The experiences I have had behind my camera, in front of my computer, and, most importantly, with my clients over the last nineteen years have really shaped my craft into what it is today. Personally connecting with the families with whom I work, capturing joyful (and sometimes tearful) real moments, and transforming them into colorful works of art is my passion.
