Description: Flying Doctors Asia (FDA) was set up in 2004 in Singapore. We were established to fill a niche in the growing demand for air ambulance and medical evacuation (medevac) services particularly in Singapore, Philippines, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Guam and the Micronesia islands.

Flying Doctors Asia air ambulances function as compact intensive care units staffed with highly-trained physicians and registered nurses. Air Ambulance medical personnel receive extensive training in flight physiology, airway management and emergency procedures. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification are required for all medical crewmembers.
