Description: We are the only official FOCUS jiujitsu (Bjj) in Groningen, Netherlands (FBG). Affiliated with one of the best performing teams in Europe.
We offer BJJ and no-gi grappling classes 6 times a week. There is a weekly open mat on Saturday and almost daily training with the competition team. Besides training in the gi (the BJJ suit), we also offer classes in no-gi, submission grappling and kickboxing. These classes are also really suitable for MMA practitioners. The academy is under the supervision of Professor Manoel Neto, Pedro Ramalho, and Alberto Guzman.
Currently, FOCUS Jiujitsu Netherlands is located in Groningen, Amsterdam and Eindhoven.
