Training Courses The Food Technology Centre provides a broad range of training opportunities to support individuals working at all levels within food businesses.
Facilities The FTC houses three processing halls and test kitchen with each hall averaging a floor space of 85 sqm, dedicated to meat, dairy, fish and horticulture.
