Occupational Therapist
I am an Occupational Therapist with over 12 years’ experience of working with people living with dementia within community, inpatient and care home settings. I am passionate about inclusion and empowerment for people living with dementia. I firmly believe wellbeing is possible at all stages of the condition.
Occupational therapy provides practical support to empower people to facilitate recovery and overcome barriers preventing them from doing the activities (or occupations) that matter to them. This support increases people’s independence and satisfaction in all aspects of life.
