Upon my retirement, my wife and I were contemplating a move from Pennsylvania to Cape Coral, Florida. In the preliminary stages of our research into the housing market in Cape Coral, we inquired, over the internet about a house listed with Sellstate. Frank Simms responded to our inquiries and continued, over several months, to send us information on properties that met the criteria we had specified.
We decided to more formally explore the market by scheduling a trip to Cape Coral the week of August 30th through July 8th and made an appointment to view homes with Frank.
