Born in Bordeaux, France, I have been in love with cuisine since I was seven years old when my mother had a car accident and I tried to take care of her. At that time, I discovered the scent of sweet herbs and the different ways of cooking. I knew that I would be a chef.
After graduating from the well-known French Culinary Academy in Bordeaux and traveling around the world learning about different cultures and their food, I have watched my own cuisine develop through the years. So I can delight you with fusion cuisine or exotic dishes from Asia, Mediterranée or Mexico. For those who want to be in great shape, I can cook healthy spa cuisine and for sweet lovers I have some fine pastries.
Now I have eighteen years of professional experience both as a Chef and in the food business. I worked for official, private, caterers, as well as for restaurants. Often, I have been a consultant for different companies in the food industry. I have been rated three stars by the Miami Herald and had a review in the Zagat survey.
