Psychotherapy is the opportunity to talk through what ever issues are of major concern for you. A Psychotherapist should be able to assist you to define the nature of the difficulties that are causing distress and work with you to alleviate this distress.
I have been working in the area of Counselling and Psychotherapy for more than 20 years. I have experience in working in the fields of Relationship and Family Counselling, Drug and Alcohol Therapy and for a few years, also worked as a Counsellor for the Family Court of Australia. I have been working exclusively in my own Private Practice for the last 15 years.
