Gates Creek of Oswego, Illinois is a community of custom homes located just east of Orchard Road between Route 34 and Mill Road. This subdivision includes 276 homesites built between 1997 and 2006 by a number of well-known Chicago-area builders.
The neighborhood includes mature trees, 4 ponds, and acres of common area, including a natural spring, wetlands and a creek that runs the entire length of the west side. With a close proximity to downtown Oswego, as well as quick access to the Orchard Road gateway to I-88, Gates Creek remains one of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Oswego.
The Gates Creek Management Board is comprised of 5 members serving 2-year terms and typically meets on the third Monday of each month. The meeting agenda can be found on the member's home page once you are logged in as a registered lot owner. Meetings are open to all resident of Gates Creek. Residensts may address the Board during Public Comment at the beginning of each meeting. Public comment is limited to 3 minutes per speaker.
