Dear Family, We are navigating through unprecedented times together. In a very difficult period for all of us, the safety, health and well-being of our customers and employees remains our top priority. We continue to monitor all recent global and national news updates regarding COVID-19 very closely, as well as guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and state and local health officials.
Effective today, as a preventive measure and according to the emergency health declaration issued recently in Mexico, we have proceeded to temporarily pause operations during the month of April 2020, at all our Resorts in Los Cabos; Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa, Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences, El Encanto Alll Inclusive Resort, Vista Encantada Spa Resort & Residences and The Residences at Hacienda Encantada. We will be back and reloaded and fully re-activating operations on May 2nd, 2020 .
