One of the oldest scientific journals in Central Europe, and Czechia, Geografie has been published since 1895. Only original articles with a geographic focus, and articles from related fields overlapping into geography, are published in Geografie. We also welcome problem-oriented articles where the boundaries of individual disciplines are crossed and inter, multi or transdisciplinary approaches are applied.
Geografie is published quarterly by the Czech Geographic Society (ČGS, a.s.; end of March, end of June, end of September, end of December). The journal is supported by the Czech Academy of Sciences.
