Founded in 1960, the Grays Harbor Council of Governments (GHCOG) is one of the oldest Council of Governments in Washington State. GHCOG exists due to a commitment by a representative group of people to protect and enhance the economy, environment, and quality of life for the citizens of Grays Harbor County.
