Description: If you are a current or former owner or lessee of a GM vehicle that was subject to certain 2014 Recalls, you may have rights and choices in a proposed settlement. A proposed class settlement of economic loss claims by persons who owned or leased GM vehicles that were recalled in 2014 has been submitted for approval to the Federal District Court. The recalls involved the ignition system, key rotation, electronic power steering and/or side airbag wiring.

THIS SETTLEMENT RELATES TO CURRENT AND FORMER OWNERS AND LESSEES OF GM VEHICLES THAT WERE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN 2014 RECALLS.
Important Update: In accordance with the Status Report filed with the Court, distribution to eligible Settlement Claimants commenced the week of November 22 to 28, 2021 .
The deadline to submit a Claim Form was April 20, 2021 .
