The environment is all around us. Many factors like temperature, humidity, air quality and EMF can affect us in a good or bad way. What can we do to ensure the best environment for us?
When we talk about the environment, we usually refer to a couple things – the drinking water we have access to, the air quality around us and the weather in the sky. However, there are much more than what meets the eye. In order to work the environment for our body, we need to first understand exactly what is in each component and how it functions to work for our health.
We know that air consists of about 79% nitrogen and 20% oxygen. The remaining 1% consists of other gases like carbon dioxide, ammonia and hydrogen. Some gases like formaldehyde and carbon monoxide are extremely harmful to our human body if in large amount.
