The Office of International Student and Scholar Services coordinates many intercultural programs to help international students learn about the local community, culture and customs. When students and scholar get involved in these programs, they become more adjusted to life in the United States and more comfortable during their stay in Toledo.
These programs also allow U.S. Americans to learn more about rich and unique cultures of international students. When U.S. American individuals and families take part in these opportunities, it can be an exciting way to make an international friend and to explore the world that has come to us, right here in Toledo.
