Yes, I am still around, and yes, I am still working out. Not nearly at the frenzied pace that I was last year, but I’m still hanging in there. Biking roughly once a week at this point. I’m looking to increase that. Once the weather starts cooperating I should be commuting to work most days. That’s about 30 miles per day total. Nice, and I’ll save money on gas!

I had another daughter last August – Evelyn Rose. That’s pretty new.
