Grassroots Health Foods opened in April 2022 in response to the owner of Mere Health Foods announcing her retirement in February 2022. Not wanting to see the store close, we decided to take over the business in order to ensure the New Minas area would continue to have access to good quality, healthy foods & nutritional supplements.
At Grassroots Health Foods, we are a dedicated group of health nuts passionate about bringing people together through good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and the supplements you need for better health.
