Truffle Butter Soften butter in a small microwave safe bowl (approximately 10 seconds). Using a fork, combine the butter and truffle oil until well blended. Spoon the butter onto a piece of tin foil or plastic wrap and form into a 1-inch-thick log. Wrap the log tightly and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Thaw steaks in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat the oven to 415° F. Remove steak from the refrigerator and allow to rest on the counter for 30 minutes before cooking. Season both sides ge
