Welcome to my website. I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Literature, Media, and C ommunication at Georgia Tech . I hold a Ph.D. from the Department of Cinema Studies at New York University . I was recently an ACLS New Faculty Fellow in the Film Program at Columbia University and the scholar-in-residence at the New York Film-Makers’ Cooperative . In November 2013, I co-curated “Computer Age,” a screening series at the Museum of the Moving Image exploring the experimental origins of digital cinema. “Computer Age” played at the Ann Arbor Film Festival in 2015, and will be traveling to other universities and galleries in the future.
