The GYROTONIC ® Movement Center of Seattle is a specialized exercise studio working in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM ® method, we offer private, semi-private, small group classes, self-guided workouts for experienced clients, as well as educational programs for those wishing to become teachers or those already certified teachers in the GYROTONIC ® , GYROKINESIS ® methods and
