Welcome to hEDS Rehab based at The Core in Ferndown .
I am Bonnie Southgate – A Sports and Pilates Therapist specialising in connective tissue disorders, including Marfan and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) I use modalities such as hands on manual therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy as well as a combination of Pilates and sports exercise rehabilitation including the use of the Pilates apparatus.
