Located on KY Hwy 317 just north of Neon, KY in the old Hemphill Grade School building on the Coal Miner's Highway. Home of the Letcher County Coal Miner's Monument. Bands interested in playing at Hemphill Community Center should contact us so they can be added to a list of possibilities. Please know we pay the bands the door donations. All door donations belong to the bands who are on our schedule. We promise all bands get the same deal. This deal is subject to change if the committee deems it necessary. D
