Welcome to the Highland Neighborhood Association’s website. Highland is located in Austin, Texas, south of US-183, and west of IH-35. Check out a map of our neighborhood . Our neighborhood is amazing, and it’s growing pretty quickly. One purpose we serve is to advocate for all residents in the neighborhood—owners, renters, and businesses—to our city officials.
