We will have talk from George Ttuli about lifetime mortgages (equity release). This is a response to the need some members expressed about how home owners can arrange more suitable housing as you get older. If you’re 55 or over, you may be able to use equity release to buy another property, including a new home or home improvements, or to pay fees for residential care. George is a Chartered Financial Planner and Director of Burlington Wealth Management. He will also talk about inheritance tax planning.
