The room and shower facilities were clean. The location was just 5-7 minutes away from Termini, and the metro was super close too, so it was easy to reach the rest of the city. The staff and other people in the rooms were always friendly! It's also amazing that they let me store my luggage before check-in and after check-out! I am a solo female traveller and felt really safe here :)
