We have an open-door policy for the dogs that we sell here at Idaho Jewels Poodles, given that they are returned in a reasonable timeframe. Refunds are fully dependent on whether we are able to find the returned dog a new home. The terms of our Return Policy are listed in your Health Guarantee that will be provided.
