Ignite represents New Castle Presbytery's commitment to infusing all we do with a missional focus. Very simply, this means invigorating congregations for loving the world actively and effectively.
This work is facilitated by a team of twelve elders and ministers who are charged with equipping churches and pastors for vital ministry which connects meaningfully with the world.
Ignite grants are more than financial help; they are intended to promote the kind of collaboration that honors what God is doing inside and outside the Church. The intention is for congregations and their partners to invite Ignite, on behalf of the New Castle Presbytery, into partnership in order that mission and ministry might grow and be strengthened in Christ's name.
