Students from Africa can apply for courses/programmes offered under eVBAB Network Project with any valid National Identity with photograph of their country of residence for authentication. | Under the e-VBAB Network Project, the programme fee is being paid as scholarship from Government of India. There is no mandate for anyone to charge any fee from learners.
