The ILS Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, fondly known as the ILSCA was established on 3rd December 2016 by the Governing Council of the Indian Law Society with the primary aim of providing facilities for ad-hoc and also institutional arbitration and mediation, both in domestic as well as International spheres.
Main Mediation Monitoring Committee,Bombay High Court is pleased to empanel ILS Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (ILSCA) as an Institutional Mediator on the panel of Mediators at Bombay High Court for Court referred and Commercial matters. ILSCA is found Eligible as per Rule 4 (d) of Part II of Civil Procedure Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation Rules, 2006.
