Description: Indiana Sailing Association, Inc. (ISA) was established in 1989 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) charity to sponsor youth sail training. It is a collaborative community partnership for young people. Starting with six East Chicago Central High School Cardinals, more than two thousand young sailors have been introduced to sailing on Lake Michigan. We sail out of East Chicago Marina, East Chicago, Indiana.
