We spent 2018 cycling from Bristol to Bangkok, crossing 22 countries and over 10,000 kilometers.
Working with kindness.org; we published our experiences of kindness and community around the globe . Our project is called In Tandem because it's about togetherness; with each other, and with the people we met along the way. We're weren't riding on a tandem bike - that would have almost definitely ended in tears.
Now we're back on home soil we're taking the time to review all the content we made. In the spirit of big dreams, we're planning to write a book. The concept at this stage is an around the world recipe book that features the people we've met, their story and the food we shared.
