Out on the bike 9 degrees lovely winter not a breath of wind
Today was a bit of riding, not much, as the last 6 months has been quite a toll, Ellen battling Cancer, work etc, its all a juggling act. Hopefully we now have a plan that is easier and in a year or so we have normality.
