Gary is a full-time licensed Real Estate Broker for over 35 years. Originally from Long Island, New York, Gary also worked in the mortgage industry giving him a wealth of valuable experience to assist today’s home buyers. In 2002 Gary came to Naples, Florida to be the Sales Manager for the DiVosta community of IslandWalk, working for over 10 years, successfully listing and selling over 350 DiVosta homes… making him the IslandWalk Home Resale Specialist .
In 2006, he met his future wife, Mariann Wilson, who is also his real estate business partner. Mariann’s transition in 2008 from Canada to Naples Florida, has made her very tuned in to the specific questions, needs and concerns of the “foreign investor”. Her training in the international financial and investment issues (CIPS) directly related to buying a vacation home, investment property or home relocation makes her the Canadian Connection bringing buyers to invest in this area we call “paradise”.
Mariann teams with her husband, Gary Helms. Each has a strong skill set in all aspects of real estate, including certification in Short Sales and Foreclosures.
