Recently I have been pushing my mother to buy grocery online. I introduced her to Peppertap, Grofers and Bigbasket, and after a lot of demoing on how to use these, followed by lots of encouragement and arguments, she promised me to use them. First use: Download Bigbasket app, get flooded by number of (irrelevant) items(in search!), can’t select locality, and uninstall the app. Download Grofers app, cannot find what she wants, uninstalls the app. Download Peppertap, finds most of the items she needs and chec
