You feel like you’ve toasted all of your energy. You can barely keep up the breath and you’ve already asked yourself hundred times why do you even waste your time running a virtual race nobody cares about.
Then you finally admit that it’s probably not your day. You wanted to do a sub 39-minutes 10k and currently you’re on your way to break 40 minutes.
You start questioning your training process. Surely, something is wrong with me since I feel like I am in my best form and yet, here I am, 3 kilometers before the virtual finish line struggling for my breath.
