Description: - KANEGAEによるプロジェクト。古美術だけではなく、現代美術においても時代を超えていく作品をご紹介致します。 Project by KANEGAE. We intend to introduce works that transcend their times not only in the field of antique art but also in that of contemporary art.

『Japanese Sculpture Next 100 years project』とは… 古美術鐘ヶ江がこれからの時代を担う現代作家と関わり、彼らの創作活動のチカラになりたいという思いから、始めたプロジェクトです。 今まで古美術や近代工芸を取り扱ってきた際と同じ目で、現代においても見事な技術と感性を持った方をのみに焦点を当てております。 そんな彼らと過去の名作を手に取って学びながら、制作者ならではの目線で作品を解説して頂いております。 そうやってお互いの「腕」と「目」を高め合っております。 同じ時代を生きる偉才たちの作品をたくさんの人に知ってほしい。 彼らが新たな人々や名作と出会い、その世界観をさらに広げてほしい。 当店が、そんな場所になればと思っています。 確かな技術を持った作家達と皆さまの感性と共に100年、200年先にも色褪せない魅力的な現代美術をつくりたいです。 ＜古美術鐘ヶ江 鐘ヶ江英夫＞
"Japanese Sculpture Next one hundred years project" We at Oriental Antiques Kanegae began this project out of our involvement with contemporary artists who will be leading the art world in the coming generation, and our desire to assist their creative activities. We thank all these modern artists with amazing skills and sensibilities for accepting our invitation to the project, whom we have selected with the same practiced eye, with which we select antiques and contemporary fine arts.
