Carl has 20 years experience as a senior executive in commercial software development and IT operations, specializing in business process engineering for the software development, telecommunications, and aviation industries.
Among other accomplishments, Zeigler led the development of the SAS System for UNIX from 1985 to 1995, and was the CIO for Midway Airlines from 1997 to 2002.
