As a military charitable organisation, we understand the vital importance of family. The Jamaica Ex-Soldier Association is careful to incorporate these values into our organisation and should you become a JESA UK member or volunteer with us, you will be welcomed into our family.
Our Association relies on the support of our devoted members, donors and trustees without whom we would struggle to offer our assistance to veterans who need support. The historical connection between the JESA Project, the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) and its Veterans began in 1992 in Canada. Patriotic ex-soldiers of the JDF started to meet informally in Toronto to share their interests and concerns for the less fortunate Veterans particularly in Jamaica.
