Hi. I am Jinyeong Park. I am working at the Department of Mathematics and Research Institute of Natural Sciences in Hanyang University as an assistant professor since March 2018.
My research interests lie mainly in the fields of the nonlinear dynamical systems and partial differential equations. In particular, I am interested in the hyperbolic and kinetic equations, conservation laws, mathematical models for collective behaviors, optimization, neural networks, control theory, and numerical analysis, etc.
I have worked in the University of Granada as a postdoctoral researcher from Nov. 2016 to Jan. 2018 with Prof. Juan Soler . Before that, I have studied in Seoul National University under supervision of Prof. Seung-Yeal Ha .
