This challenge over at Teralytics , a big-data scale-up based in Zürich, commenced in a full spectrum of product design work: from discovery, co-creation, prototyping, to design project management. The resulting product is a traffic management software called Teralytics Streets . I've co-authored an article about the product co-creation process that involved four beta cities in Germany. As a product design consultant, I helped the product and design teams at Coople , a digital staffing platform based in Zürich and London conceptualise their business-facing staffing app through setting up the customer research, defining journey maps, leading a design sprint and prototyping an MVP. I helped Tundra.com , a B2B e-commerce platform based in San Francisco and Zürich, redesign the platform's look and feel, as well as optimise key supplier and buyer flows such as the storefront creation, product selection, cart and check-out interactions.
