Jo Ellen Reiss, a native of Palo Alto, died March 25, 1996. She was 30. A graduate of California State Fullerton in 1989, she was office manager of the family business, Technopop. She is survived by her husband, Randel Reiss of Redwood City; children, Kyle and Connor Reiss of Redwood City; parents, Ron and Thelma Tuttle of Palo Alto; and siblings, Jennifer Mellinger of Illinois and John Tuttle of Palo Alto.
