Joey was born and raised in Louisville, Ky. Since a kid he always had a love for art and enjoyed drawing from real life. Always encouraged to draw by family and friends would lead him into a world of tattooing. He started gaining interest for tattooing in 1999 after collecting his first couple tattoo's himself. With the support of his wife, kids, family, and friends he would go all into professional tattooing in 2012 and is now the owner of Tattoo Envy Collective in Louisville, Ky. Grateful for this journe
